1. Membership & Billing

• Dev Pods is a recurring subscription service.

• Your payment gives you access to our platform, community, and features for the duration of your billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your selection).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

• You can manage or cancel your membership anytime from your account dashboard.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are securely processed through Kajabi and its integrated payment gateways.

• If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first payment — just email us and we’ll refund it.

• After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing at any time.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Please don’t share your account — access is meant for individual use only.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines or abuse the platform.

4. Ownership & Contributions

• You retain full rights to any original content you create (code, art, music, etc.).

• Collaborative game projects are shared among contributors under permissive, non-commercial terms unless a different arrangement is made between team members.

• You may not resell or claim full ownership of a group-created game without consent from all contributors.

5. Community Standards

We’re a community of creators. You agree to:

• Treat others with respect and kindness

• Keep your contributions constructive and appropriate

• Avoid spamming, harassment, or harmful behavior

• Respect copyright and intellectual property laws

Violations can lead to suspension or termination of your membership.

6. Tools & Data Collection

7. Changes to These Terms
